IMPORTANT REMINDER AND NOTICE TO ALL USERS

NEW WITHHOLDING ACCOUNT HOLDERS:

If you recently registered or reinstated your Kentucky Withholding Tax account, a K-1 Withholding Tax Return segment for the current period may not be available in WRAPS. Please report and pay any Kentucky Withholding tax you have on the next available return segment in WRAPS.

REMINDER:

Every user of the Department of Revenue Withholding Return and Payment System (WRAPS) must create their own account to access the system. This includes CPAs, managers or anyone else to whom a business has delegated authority to file on their behalf. The Commonwealth prohibits the use of shared accounts.

ENHANCED MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION:

The Commonwealth of Kentucky has implemented enhanced security measures to protect taxpayer data. These changes affect WRAPS. The changes include requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) via text message or phone call instead of by email. To set MFA preferences, each user must sign into their account and choose how they want to receive the authentication message.
